I believe you would have to subtract the given angle by the supplementary and complementary angle. For example:
1) S= 90-59=31 C= 180-59=121
2) S= 90-20=79 C= 180-20=160
3) S= 90-53=37 C= 180-53=127
4) S= 90-22.6=64.7 C= 180-22.6=157.4
5) S= 90-28=62 C= 180-28=152
6) S= 90-74=16 C= 180-74=106
