Ideas:
If I were a member of the United States Congress I would respond to the corona virus outbreak by encouraging others to have good hygiene and to use their money wisely during the outbreak. I would also do a better job encouraging the community to wear their masks correctly. (more supplies for others, less number of sickness, more $, better health in general)
