The reason why some government and kings find it difficult
in to agreeing of funding explorations because the navigational tools that are
provided were inaccurate. The explorers that had been sent out has only limited
knowledge in terms of the geography of the world and that there will be a prediction
that the navigators included will be lost in their journey.
