District courts are generally where are the facts part presented and the final decision is made by a judge or jury.
The federal court system has 3 main levels:
1. District courts (aka trial courts)
2. Circuit Courts (for first level
Of appeals)
3. The Supreme Court (this highest court and final level for appeals)
